Missy Hamilton
Business Manager

Missy started leasing in the property management industry during the summers while attending the University of Kentucky. Missy has worked at Waterford Place for 18 years and has had the opportunity to travel for the company training new associates. Missy loves spending time with her daughter and they are both avid roller coaster enthusiasts. They enjoy vacationing and plan to visit each state. Missy also enjoys hiking and tennis.

Donna Boehnlein
Leasing Consultant

Donna has been working for Waterford Place Apartments since March 2007, but has been with Fogelman Management Group since 2001 working at The Overlook at St. Thomas Apartments. Prior to coming to work in property management Donna worked as a supervisor for K-Mart for 22 years, and as a receptionist in a doctor’s office. Donna and her husband Michael have been happily married for 40 years this year! They have three children and six grandchildren. In her free time Donna enjoys spending time with her grandkids and shopping.

Patrick Nankivell
Leasing Consultant

Patrick has worked for Waterford Place Apartments for nearly ten years. Patrick started working at Waterford Place as a lifeguard in May 2000. He then worked part-time in the office from 2001-2006, when he started working full time as a leasing consultant. Patrick is a Dec. 2006 graduate from the University of Louisville with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. Patrick lives with his eleven year old dog, Murphy. In his free time Patrick enjoys spending time with friends, volunteer work, church, travel, and meeting new people. Patrick’s creed for life is “to live each day to the fullest, live life as if all we have is today, and to do everything with a positive attitude.”

Paul Greenwell
Service Director

Paul has been working for Waterford Place Apartments since November 2008. Prior to working in property management Paul served eighteen and a half years in the United States Army. After retiring from the military Paul spent time working a number of different jobs including building cell phone towers. Paul and his wife Neda have three children. In his free time Paul enjoys riding his horses, and cheering for the Pittsburg Steelers.

Mike Sloan
Service Tech

Mike has worked for Waterford Place Apartments for five years. Before coming to work in property management, Mike spent 27 years working for LG&E. Mike and his wife, Karen, have four daughters and seven wonderful grandbabies. When not working Mike enjoys watching football and is a huge fan of The Rolling Stones. Mike also has a Shih Tzu dog named Jagger.

Steve Mitchell
Service Tech

Steve has worked for Waterford Place Apartments for three years. Prior to coming to work in property management, Steve worked as a plumber both for himself and for Marvin Maeser. Steve’s wife Doris has three children and one grandchild. When not at work Steve enjoys going to thrift shops, collecting memorabilia, fixing up old cars, and boating.

Andy Sims
Groundskeeper/Service Tech

Andy has worked at Waterford Place Apartments since September 2009. Andy is a 2008 graduate of The University of Louisville and has worked in a number of different jobs, including as an assistant manager for a ministry that did free home repairs for the poor of eastern Kentucky and Tennessee. Andy and his wife Meredith are pursing a career in international Christian missions, and spent the first half of 2009 as missionaries in South East Asia. Andy also works part-time as a teacher at Dorothy Sayers Classical Education School. When not working Andy enjoys spending time with international students and backpacking. He also loves coffee very much.

Rayna Fitzsimmons
Housekeeper

Rayna has worked at Waterford Place Apartments since September of 2009. Rayna is formerly of Honolulu, Hawaii where she worked as an administrator for a law firm. Rayna and her husband Rapp moved to Louisville to be closer to her son, who is a graduate assistant coach for the University of Louisville football team. Rayna has two adult children and four grandchildren (two boys and two girls). Rayna also works part-time as a server at the O’Charley’s on Breckinridge Ln. When she’s not working Rayna enjoys shopping, cooking, and lifting weights.

Brooke Raymer
Head Lifeguard/office assistant

Brooke has been a lifeguard at Waterford Place Apartments for three years. Prior to working for Waterford Place she was the lifeguard at the Jewish Community Center and coached their swim team and the Elks Lodge swim team in Buechel. Brooke has a passion for the elderly and children and enjoys writing, swimming and raising rabbits.

Garrett Shadowen
Lifeguard

Garrett has worked for Waterford Place Apartments since Aug. 2000 as a lifeguard. Garrett is a certified pool operator, a certified American Red Cross water safety and CPR instructor. Garrett has been involved in aquatics for over eleven years. He is a passionate fan of University of Louisville football and basketball, and also a Cincinnati Bengals fan. Garrett is a student at Jefferson County Community College and a proud uncle of his four year old nephew.

Kelly Hesler
Lifeguard

Kelly has worked for Waterford Place Apartments since June 2009. Besides working as a lifeguard Kelly has been a barista for Starbucks and worked at the Garden Gate Fruit Market. Kelly is currently attending college at the University of Louisville, where she is studying Cultural Anthropology. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, swimming, and learning new languages.
