Disney’s Toy Story 3 hits theatres this weekend and if the success of the past two installments are any indicator to it’s box office success, we’re looking at a winner.  This time, the production company Pixar that created the original version will be doing it in 3D.  I’m sure the little ones will be excited to see it.  Disney/Pixar are known for putting out a quality family movie.  In fact, award-winning actor Tom Hanks, who lends his voice to the cartoon movie, didn’t even read the screenplay before he signed on to do it.  He was so impressed after watching a reel of storyboards that he was ready to get to work on the spot!

Also, I hear that there will be fourteen new toys joining the regulars.  That includes a Ken doll who woo’s Barbie and captures her heart.  Check out the trailer below and let me know what you think.  It opens this weekend (what a great Father’s Day gift) so I’ve included movie times for Village 8 Theatres, Rave Motion Pictures Stonybrook 20& IMAX and Baxter Avenue Theatres!
